Wayne Marlow Craver, who was 69 years old, passed away on March 9, 2008 after a long illness in Tampa, Florida. He was a retired Master Sergeant in the US Air Force and served in several bases around the world from 1955-1976 which included a tour in the Vietnam War.
After retiring from the Air Force, Wayne kept busy by acquiring a Bachelorís Degree in history and working at a variety of jobs in sales. He never met a stranger and had a lot of stories about his travels in the US and around the world while in the Air Force.
He is survived by a brother, William Craver; sister, Theresa Szpak; aunt, Lucille Buerkle; uncle, Robert Craver; niece, Elizabeth McConnell; nephew, James Szpak. Also, he had two best friends, Boyd and Jo Swingley.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
